Bought for my husband. He is 6'3 210 lbs, muscular build and in shape. We bought XL. The technology of material is amazing. I gave it 4 stars as the fit is very boxy. It fit on shoulders but really big in the abdominal area. If it had tighter arms and more shape to the body of the shirt it would have been a 10/10. We kept one exchanged other for a Large. We're hoping the fit is better.
