RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
We get it—sometimes it’s just not the right fit. That’s why we’ve made returns and exchanges simple, fast, and painless. Just choose U.S. or International below to get started.

U.S. CUSTOMERS
Returns & Exchanges Are 100% Free
  • Return any unused item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
  • Tried on is okay. Worn, sweated in, or washed? Not so much. (We’re all for a good workout, just not in returned gear.)
  • Items must include original packaging and tags.

Exchanges Ship Fast
Once your return label is scanned at drop-off, your exchange goes out—no need to wait for us to get it back first. Start your return or exchange at our Returns Center. We’ll send you a prepaid label.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Returns Accepted — Exchanges Not Available
  • You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back if it’s unused.
  • Tried on is fine. Worn out or sweated through? Not fine.
  • We currently don’t offer exchanges—if you need a different size or item, please place a new order.

Return Shipping Is on You
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Final Sale Items: These are yours to keep—no returns or exchanges.
  • Purchased Elsewhere? If you ordered through Amazon or another retailer, returns must go through them.
  • Wrong or Damaged Order? Let us fix it. Email us at support@neatapparel.com.

Returns Center: To return or exchange a garment, access our Returns Center. If you are exchanging a garment, as soon as you drop off the item you are exchanging and the return label (which we will provide you) is scanned, we will automatically ship you the exchange.

Returns policy: Return any UNUSED products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Products can be tried on, but not used, and must be in the original packaging with tags. This means we cannot accept returns of products you actually sweated in (hope you understand, it’s really gross...). We only accept returns/exchanges for neatapparel.com orders. If you purchase the products from another store/site, that store is responsible for refunds and exchanges (e.g., if bought on Amazon, return via Amazon)

SIZING
The fit of our products may differ from that of other brands. Make sure to check out sizing charts before ordering. All sizing charts can be found on the product's page.

WASH & CARE
All Neat-powered garments can be machine washed and dried, in either cold or hot water. DO NOT dry clean - the chemicals used in the dry cleaning process will ruin the Neat-powered fabric. Don’t do it. Seriously. It’s not even funny.

DURABILITY
The benefits of Neat are meant to last for the lifetime of a garment, or approximately 60 washes. After 60 washes, Neat will continue to work but you may see some decrease in effectiveness (time for a brand new one!)

PAYMENTS
We now accept payment via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Chase, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay

SHIPPING
All orders process and ship out on the next business day (weekdays only, no weekends). Packages are not delivered or shipped out on weekends, so if you order on a friday your order will ship out on monday.
Shipping options (including speed and costs) are presented during the checkout process and orders ship from Lancaster, PA.
